Bikes, power wheels, darts, other garage toys. Twelve arcade machines. Two fully functioning washers and two dryers in the home (one set upstairs the other downstairs). A secondary half-kitchen is also located downstairs, with a microwave, sink, cabinets, and mini-fridge. Fully fenced in large backyard. Plenty of nature packed in and around the home. Two car garage and a carport can hold three vehicles in total. Dogs welcome. Full infant amenities are available at the house. Plenty of toys for all age ranges. Popular reasons for stay include: weddings, birthdays, and celebration-of-life gatherings, military moves, visiting NW side of Kansas City, or simply family or business in the area. Located in the heart of Leavenworth. Everything in town is just a five-minute drive away. Couple great parks and very nice city pool nearby. Lansing, a sister-city to Leavenworth, have grown together - everything there is just 5 more minutes away. Leavenworth, the first city in Kansas, has a historic and envied downtown district highly shopped and active. Countless museums, festivals, and attractions in the area, and of course, the unlimited things the greater Kansas City area has to offer! Legends Mall is a smooth 13-mile drive away. It has hundreds of activities, food venues, shops and more within the mall or just adjacent. Examples like: Hollywood Casino, Kansas Speedway, Cabala's, Nebraska Furniture Mart, KC Sporting Area, Children's Mercy Hospital, Frontier Justice, and many more. Almost the entire house has been remodeled in the last couple of years. Furnace and A/C units are powerful and at your control. A tank-less water heater allows for continuous hot water (no waiting between showers needed.) The lot behind this property is a small, silent, unmanned power utility station fully fenced and frankly the ideal neighbor as far as most are concerned. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Corner house with only one other house even adjacent to the property. Most appliances and furniture in this home are new as of 2019/2020. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Due to exceptional high demand the house now has a three-day minimum booking most days, unless a small patch opens between two longer stays. I take a lot of pride having this house fully stocked in all means and manners with plenty to do for all ages. Seven-nights or longer bookings can receive 15% off, and month long stays over 28-nights can receive 30% off. Garage bay, carport, driveway and street can all be used for parking. Safe neighborhood. House is almost completely remodeled. Some small cosmetic repair work might be present as house is always booked, and I sneak repairs and upgrades in when I can. I try to offer way more than most hosts in the variety of things to do around the house. No cable tv, but house does have full streaming and local live channels and antennas. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of free channels amongst the free apps. You can always download your own apps from your home and log onto them on the TV's, if needed. House has the fastest internet available.
