The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries . Guest access The cottage sits just behind our home. It has a shared driveway, but is a completely separate stand alone building. Guests have access to the cottage and surrounding 3 acre yard/outdoor space. Other things to note This property does share a driveway with our main house.
