You’ll find that we provide a good bit of essentials like basic spices, coffee pods, sugar and creamer. 2 full bathrooms (one with shower/tub and one with shower) and a 1/2 bath in master bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. 3 bedrooms with queen beds. TV with cable in master bedroom. Living area is very spacious with 2 sofas, one has a queen size pull out bed and has a chaise on one end. There is a a 50 in. TV with cable and streaming apps. There is also a pull down desk and chair. There is an opening with a counter top between the kitchen and living room. Both sides have 2 stools. The large back deck and fenced in backyard seems to be our guests’ favorite place to hang out. Fast Xfinity internet (wifi included). Washer and dryer are located in one of the full bathrooms. We have beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, games and books. A few personal necessities are available in case you forget yours. Everything except one locked closet. On the day of your arrival you will be sent a code to unlock the front door at 3:00 pm. We are available if needed for questions or issues you may have. Our house is centrally located in Mt. Pleasant on one acre of private property just off of Hungryneck Blvd. Very convenient if you want to be close to everything! Just 5 miles to Front Beach, Isle of Palms, right by Town Center for shopping and dining, 7 miles to Sullivan's Island, 7 miles to downtown Charleston, 4 miles to Boone Hall Plantation and 4 miles to Shem Creek. Plenty of space for parking multiple cars, a boat and/or camper. The neighborhood is very small. Just 4 houses and is very safe to walk around. If walking beyond the neighborhood to Town Center be very careful for the vehicles coming from your left. They speed around that corner very fast. Trash pick up is early Monday mornings. Please roll the trash can to the road on Sunday night. Recycle pick up is the second Tuesday of the month. Please roll the can to the road Monday night if you are staying during that time.
