We DO NOT rent to locals or family of locals. The space This home was originally built in 1910 and sits on the Tennessee river with a beautiful view of the river, mountain scape, sunrise and sunsets. We have kept some of the beauty and caricature of the original home with current amenities and is fully stock and ready for you to enjoy your stay. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, gas grill with most necessities and toiletries needed during your stay. Smart TV with Netflix and EPB fiber optics cable package and free Wifi. We are 13 minutes from Racoon Mountain and the freeway and 18 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. Whether you are here for an outdoor adventure or tourist attractions around the city this location is perfect. Bring your own kayak, paddle board or canoe to enjoy while staying at the house or rent one while visiting downtown. Guest access Guest has access to the full house, outdoor fire pit and dock to the river to enjoy their stay. Firewood available upon request. Other things to note No pets, adults 21 or older only. No more than 3 cars on property. Guest who violate these rules will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will automatically forfeit their security deposit in its entirety without exception.
