Conveniently situated near Miami University campus our peaceful one-story house will feel like home! House is a short walk to uptown, Goggin Ice center, MU rec center, and art museum, as well as Peffer Park and nature preserve. Amenities: Key-less entry Streaming services available for TV, but no cable. Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay. I ask that they not be allowed on the furniture without first putting down a cover. If left unattended, they need to be crated. Guest access Rental includes 3 bd, 1.5 bth, kitchen, living room, dining room, and deck. Rental does not include basement/garage.
