Sandusky Getaway- Lower Apt.- King Bed! 9min to LU

This (newly updated!) lower level apt feels like country living! Right outside you will see deer, a groundhog (Melvin), or a bunny (named Moonhop by one of our little guests). PLEASE NOTE: it is not recommended that sedans park in the driveway. The driveway is sloped downwards and your car would likely scrape. You are more than welcome to park on the curb at the front of the house. Also important to note that if an individual has health problems that make walking downhill difficult, they may struggle to traverse the driveway. The living room has a comfortable couch (queen sofa bed!), an armchair, and a 42” smart tv that you are welcome to use to log in to your favorite streaming services. The table seats 4 and can be used as a workspace as well. IMPORTANT: the entire apartment is cooled by a window AC unit in the living room. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a box fan. The bedroom can be warm in the summer months but having hosted over 100 guests, only 2 or so noted it being warm. Down the hallway you’ll find a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The coffee bar has a coffee maker with k-cup or ground coffee abilities, k-cups, mugs, sugar, and individual creamers await you in the fridge. Proceed further down the hallway to find the bedroom with two closets, a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, a tower fan, and blackout curtains. Pack-N-Play also available for little guests. At the end of the hallway is a full bathroom, completed renovated floor-to-ceiling in December 2022! Linens can be found in the bathroom closet and there are extra shelves for storing your bathroom bag. The shower is a tub/shower combo. The bathroom also has things you might need such as a first aid kit, hair dryer, tissues, and q-tips! Some soap/shampoo/etc is often available but is not guaranteed. The upstairs unit of this house is another Airbnb so you can expect the potential for some noise pollution. Please understand that the unit is priced accordingly. Guest access Check in is anytime after 4pm (self check in). If you need a guaranteed early check in, please let us know. We can provide a 2pm check in but a $25 early arrival fee must be paid at least 24 hours in advance. This fee is non-refundable if you do not end up checking in early. Please understand this is necessary due to scheduling the turnover of multiple properties. Other things to note The upstairs of the home is a separate airbnb. Please be respectful of noise pollution. We ask all of our guests to adhere to quiet hours 10pm-8am . You will hear walking around. Interested in renting the upstairs?
