NOT A TINY HOUSE! 1 Bedroom with a king bed and a large living space with an extra king bed & shared full bath. Patio area provides comfortable area for grilling and dining by the pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED. THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY - OTHER PETS MAY BE PRESENT. There is also a newly installed outdoor hut tub for guests to reserve. This is one of the only homes that has a pool & outdoor hut tub in this quiet golf course neighborhood that is only 15 minutes away from downtown and about 20 minutes from Cowboy Stadium & Globe Life Park. The pool area is shared by the owner and other residents. This is a Pet Friendly property. The Main house has a covered patio by the pool & Spa where guests are free to access and enjoy a large shaded area with a huge flat screen tv, if needed. It also has an outdoor grill and is set up for dining and hanging out. I live in the main house, and will be around sometimes, but not in the way. I have plenty of recommendations for places to go nearby if needed. THE POOL AREA IS A SHARED AREA - there will be other people using it periodically. There's a public golf course around the corner and Bishop Arts Entertainment district is a short ride away. There are always Lyft Drivers within 5-10 minutes away for pick up - highly recommended - they will arrive in the front of the main house. If you have a car and are driving, the highway entrance is a few blocks away giving easy access all over the city. THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY - THE OWNER HAS 2 FEMALE BLACK LABS (3yrs - MAGGIE, 1yr - LEIA) THAT LIVE ON THE PROPERTY.
