There are 2 Bedrooms and 1 full bath on this level. 2) Living area: another large entertaining area with an oversized couch, fireplace, flat screen TV with Sonos, a fully refinished kitchen and living area with 1 master bed and bath, 1 full bath, and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (perfect for kids) 3) Loft area: a large loft and office area with another large bedroom and full bath, a work from home (WFH) office space with 3 monitors and hook ups available for a variety of office setups. There is also a day bed on this level for additional hosting. 4) Deck: Large outdoor space with lake views, Weber Gas and Smoker Grills, a Fire Pit, and a large al fresco dining area for hosting. 5) Outside: Outside the house is a swing set for kids, as well as plenty of space for family play. 5 cars comfortably fit in the drive way, with an EV charger available by the entrace (bring your Tesla or other EV!).
