Farm stay in the heart of the Kentucky Bluegrass 20 min from the KY Horse Park and downtown Lexington. 30min to Keeneland. 45min to Red River Gorge. Quiet, private walk out basement apt. with 2 bedrooms, great room, fooseball and butlers pantry w/ coffeemaker, small refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen basics. Space is not shared. Eat indoors or out, fire pit and horses/cattle out back. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval from hosts. Dogs can’t be left alone. 2 night min, 10 night max. The space Horse trailer turnaround/parking available. Inquire about stabling and private turnout in one of our three bluegrass paddocks for competition horses or in between trail rides. Small jump field available for flatwork and schooling. Horseback riding: LenMar Farm horses are carrot eating machines that love being pet. Beginners can book rides across the bluegrass at the Kentucky Horse Park (Lexington) or have a wooded trail experience at Whispering Woods (Georgetown). More experienced riders will have fun at Big Red Stables (Herrodsburg). Guest access Entire walk-out basement of home (~1500 sq. ft). Full sized windows in bedrooms and great room areas. Outdoor patio and fire pit. 10 acres to roam. Other things to note Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog or two. Walk from driveway to apartment entrance is down a slight hill via spaced stepping stones.
