Only 15 minutes from I-40, we are close enough to town to be convenient yet far enough to be quiet and scenic, on an acre with an organic garden, chickens, and horses. It has a queen bed, with a fold-up twin floor mattress and a pack-n-play for people traveling with small children. It has a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a large custom vanity with a bar sink for convenience, and a beautiful custom tile shower. There is a round table with 2 padded chairs for your dining comfort. Extra chairs available on request, and a folding table is available for anyone needing a dedicated workspace. Ideal for two adults, suitable for small families with up to two kids. No charge for kids!$10 per night for third adult using the floor mattress. You'll have access to the entire suite, and you're welcome to sit on the deck or the back lawn and enjoy the desert scenery, our pond with goldfish and desert toads, and our beautiful sunny weather. I'm always just a text away if you need anything. We live here on the property so you will see us coming and going out the back door, but we will respect your privacy. We live in a homes only neighborhood with acre lots that is north of the town of Kingman. There are dogs and livestock both on our own property and on nearby properties. We are licensed falconers with hawks and falcons on the property. We also have horses, dogs, and chickens. Feel free to wander the property and visit the animals, but for their safety and yours, please stay back 3 feet (1 meter) from all animal enclosures.
