A fresh and stylish cottage with a stunning view. With the sun setting directly across from you every single night, it puts on a show just for you. Soyers lake is Part of a 5 lake chain offering miles and miles of boating. The lake is clean for excellent swimming and fishing.2 Large decks and HUGE dock make it all amazing! All you need to do is show up and the views, abundant nature and conveniences will keep you entertained for the duration of your stay. The space With activities for all 4 seasons! This cottage boasts vaulted ceilings with gorgeous beams and a wall of windows allowing you to enjoy the incredible views. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious, and also has incredible views along with a full bathroom. (Watch for deer in your master forest view when you open your eyes in the morning) The kitchen has a granite counter top, stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences you may need. Please note there is no microwave . A finished walkout basement is a great place for kids to hang out. There is a tv on main level and basement and with wifi (which can be off/on due to cottage country), there is netflix or prime tv available (no cable) Summer fun includes some non motorized toys for you to enjoy including a canoe, SUP board and a Paddle Boat.Your kids will be so excited to see the huge water jungle gym and lily pad. (Put in water on it after July 1) . Please only kids on Jungle Jim as the anchors can be shook loose causing it to float away! The water is very deep, perfect for jumping in right off the end of the dock. There's a marina close by if you want to launch your own boat and enjoy the surrounding lakes. Please not the floating dock is removed in October until June so you will not be able to access the water toys/boats.The fall colours are breath taking! And winter fun includes miles of snowmobile trails, Sir Sams ski resort 20 minutes away, ice fishing, skating, cross country skiing. This cottage is truly a special place, giving you all of the desired cottage experiences at a luxury location. The cottage is new and still not 100% finished. It’s just the details not yet done such as the fire place mantle (fireplace works great!) shelving in the closets, kitchen backsplash, no washer/dryer (yet so please bring your own sheets/pillow cases and towels). The water is from a drilled well. It has been tested and is what we use to drink. There is a steep hill to drive down to the cottage so in the winter months, the road is plowed regularly however it is highly recommended to bring 4x4 vehicle. There are times when it’s not safe to drive down if it’s icy . Strict waste sorting rules will be explained in detail and we ask that you leave all garbage sorted in the outside bins provided . Please ensure bin is closed at all times. If your stay is 4 days or longer, you will need to bring your garbage and recycling to the local waste station. Bears and raccoons are frequent visitors and love to get into it (leaving huge mess ) at every opportunity. There are 2 security cameras. One at front door and one on deck. The cameras are only armed when the cottage is vacant. No extra guests that host hasn’t authorized please.
