Approx 1000 sq ft, it sports a large bathroom with full tub, an open concept kitchen/living space with appliances (including dishwasher, washer/dryer) and large HD flat screen TV. The beach access is just 2/10 of a mile and Seaside just 4/10 of a mile from the cottage. We welcome you to all the amenities of our home, including TV, internet WIFI, board games & puzzles, patio and off street parking. Or take your kids to the local playground three (3) blocks away. Nearby are golf courses, miles of bike paths, fishing, kayaking and canoeing in dune lakes. A short drive takes you to Sandestin with a large outlet mall featuring top designer fashions. And more eateries, water parks and entertainment of every sort, including multi-screen cinemas, lie close by to the east and the west. Walking or biking will get you to most places. Many companies offer dropoff/pickup to your rental home of bikes for a weekly rate. Direct flights available into Panama City Beach’s (ECP) new airport (only 25 minutes from Seaside) now available from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando! Or fly into the Valparaiso/Destin airport, a 45 minute drive away. There is parking for one vehicle on the left side of the driveway. Additional parking is available on the sandy street. Please be aware that there is one step up to the tub/shower in the bathroom and a step down to the main living area.
