Pierce Pond is one of the few bodies of fresh water that is not lined with camps and houses! Great for a truly relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and quiet. Great swimming, kayaking, bird watching, hiking, and drinking in the sounds of nature. Amazing loon couple return every year! The entire house, pond and 7 acres of land surrounding the home. There is a peace and quiet here unlike any place we have every been. The home is big and new and cozy. A big bonfire pit sits on the property by the water and a long dock extends out for your enjoyment. You will need a car. And there is plenty of parking. For 4 or more cars. We are 1 hour from Bangor airport and 2.5 hours from Portland airport. The house is attached to the grid, but is also powered by solar and wind. So your vacation in this beautiful luxury home will have a small impact on our environment.
