The Barn Loft is a private room located on our 8-acre tree farm just 2 miles from Lebanon Oregon. It has 1 King log and 1 Queen log beds. It has heat and A/C. There is Satellite and Netflix on a 65' plasma TV. Wifi is available property-wide. The loft has a private 1/2 bath, a small refrigerator, cooktop, and sink. We also have dog kennels for your fur family to stay in if needed. Due to direct access to a tall stairway, this loft is not suitable for young children. The space Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We have inside dinner tables and outside picnic tables, a group firepit, and firewood is provided. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, rabbits, and quail. The barn downstairs is a common area that is shared with other guests. It has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and full bath with a shower. WIFI covers the entire property. There is a Loop exercise trail that circles property and offers 30-degree climbs. This is not flat land. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam river access is less than 1 mile. Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away. We have a 1 month stay maximum. We also rent out a dry cabin, RV and tent sites on the property. We have 3 Active Beehives on the farm and bees are fun to watch. Exciting news! We have gone solar. We now have kayaks, life jackets, and paddles to rent for $30 day. We are 12 miles or 15 minutes off Interstate 5. We charge EV vehicles, $10 charge. Guest access The entire barn loft is for the loft guest exclusively. The ground floor of the barn is for common use, which is available to all guests from 8am - 9pm every day. This common use area includes the a full bath with shower, washer and dryer, kitchen including utensils and pots and pans, board and card games, large table for small and large gatherings, and a full size refrigerator.
