Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bath with small shower. There is a mud room with washer and dryer. An upgraded kitchen with double ovens, gas stovetop and griddle, two sinks, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bar, and large farm table in the open dining space. The living room has a sofa sleeper, fireplace, and open concept. A TV room, and a deck with grill makes a perfect place for families! Take a quick stroll to our two boat docks, slips are available for rent. Great for fishing, swimming , as well Kayaking and SUP. We have installed new flooring, walls, appliances, furniture, as well a refacing the exteriors. The 12 acre resort has five-one bedroom units, one studio, one two-bedroom unit and The 3 bedroom Boathouse! We offer a pool, playground, two boat docks, and woods to explore! The Cottages is located 6 minutes from the famous Flat Creek Restaurant and 5 minutes from the Cape Fair Marina. Branson is 25 minutes away with shopping and restaurants and entertainment. Dollar General is 1 mile away for supplies. Bridge work will be done from 6pm to 6am weekdays. Kayak and Paddleboards are available for rent.
