This is a second story Bungalow with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen, living room and bath. It is private and freestanding on a waterfront estate. You have access to the beach, dock and gardens and have a private yard, deck and parking. This is a great place to enjoy social distancing without even trying. The space There are restaurants for dine in or take out within walking distance. Stores within 10 minutes and access from Seattle within 1 hour. Over a mile of walkable beachfront and 50 miles of walking or bicycle trails. Push a kayak into the water from the beachside patio. You can stay for a couple of days or book a longer vacation. Guest access You can enjoy the entire 2 plus acre property or stay within the confines of your own private freestanding space. Private deck and yard that only you will enjoy. There are only 2 other rentals so most very little interaction with others. Other things to note We are being especially sensitive to individual concerns during this pandemic. Cleanliness is our utmost goal. We need the time between guests for thorough cleaning so can rarely accommodate early checkins or late departures.
