Black Diamond House

**Week-long bookings available upon request** Welcome to The Black Diamond House! Enjoy a breathtaking vista view in your own private house. Conveniently located between Ithaca and Trumansburg on a quiet countryside street. The house has direct access to The Nature Center and The Black Diamond Trail for hiking and biking which leads directly to Taughannock Falls State Park or to the Waterfront Trail at the base of Cayuga Lake in Ithaca. The space The Black Diamond House is completely private with space enough for up to 7 people. There are three private bedrooms and an open living room for sleep space. We provide clean linens. Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with attached bathroom (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a single bed (sleeps 3 total) Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2) The bathroom connected to the master bedroom includes a shower and the second bathroom off the kitchen includes a shower/tub. We provide the essentials: bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryers. You have access to a full kitchen with all the cookware and utensils necessary to make a home-cooked meal. There is a dining room table in the living room off the kitchen. There are a washer and dryer with detergent, iron and ironing board. There is free WiFi and we offer live cable TV and streaming services. There are sliding glass doors off the dining room which leads to a porch with a table, chairs, and umbrella. This is the best place to take in the view! Guest access Guests have the private use of the entire house, patio, porch, and yard area during their stay. We use door access codes, so check-in is a breeze.
