Chillin' is a 3 BR family cottage with easy 4 minute walk to the beach. It open with lots of decking and under house space where additional seating is available as well as a 6 ft picnic table. Located at milepost 5 convenient to shopping & restaurants. Great covered porch ,under house play area and back yard on quite street. Max # of guests is 6, however if there are more than 4 adults or 3 children please contact owner before request booking. June July Aug are weekly rentals, Sat-Sat. The space Chillin' is located on a quiet street and is one street over from the beach road. Open space inside, under house area is a favorite. Lots of sand toys and a beach cart available. Due to a last-minute cancellation the week of July 20-27 is now available Guest access Guests have entire house including private yard space. Entry is by a key lockbox. Other things to note Chillin has a fully equipped kitchen and bed pillows and comforters. Linens and paper product can be provided at an additional $30 per person.
