Now open for snow! Magical rustic charm just minutes from the Pacific Crest trail, this home sits on 20 acres bordered by the Klamath National Forest and over 1000 feet of river frontage. Retreat into the wilderness, perched high in the mountains and overlooking the river. The surrounding windows make you feel as if you are hanging out in the trees. Look out the windows or sit on the wrap-around deck to hear the river flow and the birds play. Don’t worry, you don’t have to tell the kids you have Wi-Fi... they can watch dvds and play table and board games upstairs in the game/bedroom. Enjoy the ground floor patio and private access to the master bedroom. Let the river lull you to sleep as you enjoy the romantic lighting and garden ambiance. Guests can also sleep in one of the three twin beds upstairs, or use the futon in the family room. On the main floor, a daybed is also available for relaxing by the fire. There is plenty of seating, wrap around decks, downstairs patio, woodland paths, and hammock spots waiting for you. Built into the side of a mountain, the house stays cool on hot days with no need to use an air conditioner, just natural sun and fun. Guest access The entire property and house is available for guests, except for the garage that is locked and not for guest use. Other things to note Cell service is available through a network extender at the house. WiFi calling is also available for all carriers. Skype and other phone apps work well. Land line and headset available for a stable phone connection while working on Zoom and other apps.
