The loft has a queen pull out couch. Front porch with four chairs and a back deck with a propane grill. One Smart TV in the loft. Full kitchen with pots, pans and a cookie sheet. Plates and utensils are onsite. Very steep driveway. Welcome to our cabin Treat “Yosef”! We are so pleased you have decided to book with us and hope you have an enjoyable stay. Check in procedures: • Lock box is on the front door and we will send you the code the day before • WIFI name: Treat Yosef Wifi password 18186987 • Clean sheets have been left for you on the bed. • Cushions for outside chairs are in the outdoor storage container. • The thermostat is a Nest system and programmed, adjust as needed. • The fireplace is gas and the off/on knob is on the logs. Gives off a lot of heat. • TV upstairs. It is a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon and Hulu • Upstairs has a pullout out couch with sheets, pillows and blankets in trunk next to couch. • Games are in the downstairs closet. Outside games are in the garage. Checkout procedures: • Please switch off all lights • Place key back in lockbox • Please lock all windows and doors • Put cushions back • All dishes should be cleaned and put away • Empty fridge • Place used towels and sheets by the washer o Please start one load of sheets and switch to the dryer and start a second load of sheets. • Bring trash to the nearest convenience site at 6311 US-221, West Jefferson, NC 28694 (Closed on Sunday) o Or Housecleaning can provide the service and haul your trash for $5 per 13-gallon trash bag. Leave cash on counter for them. Leave them in the large trash bin outside if you choose this option. Guests will be provided with a lock box code 24 hours before their arrival We will give your our phone number when you arrive to contact with any questions or concerns! We have a steep driveway. It is paved, however very steep. During the winter months if there is ice or lots of snow, we recommend 4X4 vehicle to get up the driveway.
