Fully stocked coffee bar cozy two bedroom cabin in the national forest picture perfect scenery. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the view on the deck. Only eight minute walk to beautiful Green Valley lake that offers fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and boating in the summer. Plenty of parking for three cars in driveway no street parking. The space The family Cabin the perfect getaway for all the seasons. The cabin is two bedrooms one bath. One queen bed in the master room and two full beds in the second room. Kitchen and Livingroom are an open floor plan. Has a beautiful gas fireplace comfortable leather furniture, a fully stocked coffee bar, and plenty of board games for families or friends to enjoy. The outside has a lighted deck with a beautiful view, a full size propane barbeque, and propane firepit, with plenty of seating. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. The lake is open from Memorial weekend and closes October 31 depending on weather. Other things to note Please take all trash out and secure with straps in the trashcans provided outside. The lake for swimming and boating is seasonal and is open from Memorial weekend through the end of October. Winter months: During winter months please drive and walk with caution deck, stairs, walkways, driveway and roads may be slippery. We will have snow shovels and salt for you to use. You are required to carry tire chains in your vehicle when traveling in mountain communities during winter months. Please only park in our driveway if you block the road you may get a ticket or your vehicle towed. Security cameras on outside of property. General store does not sell alcohol.
