RECENTLY A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RENTING OUR HOUSE FOR "WEED" VACATIONS. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. ANY SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE WILL RESULT IN A $500 CLEANING CHARGE. The space Big, bright and sunny Burbank home. WIFI and streaming TV channels included, Covid guidelines followed for housecleaning, gardener and pool cleaner come on Tuesdays to make sure outside is all nice and clean. Full kitchen with all appliances (disposal, fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven), dishes, silverware, etc. all available for your use. Washer and dryer in garage. Big, open and secure backyard for kids. There are a few rooms (offices) and closets that are kept locked for our personal items. All of the rooms that are shown in the listing are the rooms that are available to the renters and no one else will be staying anywhere in the house during the time that you are renting. The house will be yours alone ! Beautiful place ! Long term rentals get a discounted rate. 10 minute drive to Universal Studios, 15 minutes drive to Hollywood, close to Warner Brothers, NBC, Disney Studios Burbank, walking distance to Magnolia Blvd / Magnolia Park area of Burbank. VERY SORRY BUT ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AND NO LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED. ONLY THE REGISTERED GUESTS WHO ARE SLEEPING IN THE HOUSE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE AND THE NUMBER OF GUESTS CANNOT EXCEED 6 PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE DISHONEST ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE IN THE HOUSE, IF YOU ARE PARTYING TOO LOUD, SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE, OR IF YOU TRY TO SNEEK IN PETS THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED, THEN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. We have recently remodeled our main bathroom, our second bathroom the front yard and put a new pool in the back. Lots of space, lots of free unrestricted parking in the street and in the driveway in front of the garage. Sorry but the pool is not heated. Guest access All appliances, WIFI, Limited Streaming TV apps in 2 rooms, all dishes and needed kitchen amenities (excluding food), all needed sheets and towels, backyard and pool. There are limited supplies of shampoo, soap, dish detergent, clothes washing detergent (but not guaranteed), small convenience store (7-11 on Cahuenga and Magnolia) within 10 minutes walking distance. Other things to note Every renter will need to pay a cleaning fee at the end of their stay regardless of length of stay. If you are staying for a period longer than 5 days and you would like to add a cleaning day during your stay then please contact me so we can make arrangements. Cleaning service that you pay for includes all floors, changing sheets and making beds, house laundry like towels and sheets (not personal laundry), washing dishes, thoroughly clean both bathrooms, sweeping patio, emptying trash bins.
