Welcome to Orlando. This unique place has private entrance, living room with microwave/refrigerator/freezer/Keurig coffee maker/55” TV and bathroom with a private overlooking little hidden garden/patio. There is a queen sized pull out couch in living room with a one time fee $15. I live in the actual back of the house and I am happy to assist you with anything you need. The space The private entrance to the private main hallway with closet to use for luggage, living room with big closet, bedroom, bathroom with overlooking to hidden garden/patio, private patio. The bathroom is located in the bedroom. There is no door between living room and bedroom. There is a Honeywell temperature control just behind the entrance door to the living room. You can adjust it as you like. Please do not lower it below 70. Please do not run the ac to minimum while you are not in the unit. I provided bottles of water and k-cup coffees for your convenience. The bathroom equipped with white towels, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Please request the use of the pull-out couch upon booking. There's a one-time fee of $15 for this amenity per stay. I will request this fee through resolution center and you will receive an email and notification on your airbnb account. Do not worry! Did you forget anything? Publix, Dollar tree, Walgreens, CVS are just 5 min away. Walking distance to restaurants and 7-eleven. Guest access I will provide the keyless entry access code upon your arrival. Please make sure your cell number is updated on your Airbnb account. Please reach out to host for early check in option. Other things to note The Unique Place is not accepting any pet due to not having professional cleaners to clean the unit. If you have service animal, then you must communicate clearly with host in advance. The cleaning fee will be estimated after disclosing the pet bread and weight as we are offering pet free accommodation. You are not allowed to leave service animal alone in the unit. If you stained bedding or towels then you have the option to pay the cost and take them: Duvet Cover $28, Bedding Sheets $25, Bath Towel $10 ea., Hand Towel $5 ea., Face Towel $2 ea. Any evidence of smoking smell would cost different to have it clean up and you would be charged to accommodate next guest in the hotel. The message can be short as "checked out" Please do not use the indoor fireplace.
