It has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. There is a large flat screen (55" or larger) smart Roku TV in the living room, with smaller (43" or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV's in each bedroom. Free high speed wireless internet is available for your use. The updated kitchen has a granite countertop and tiled floor. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a tub/shower combo. A gas grill is available for your convenience on the main patio below (Sorry, we cannot put it on the balcony due to fire regulations). There is a FREE shared laundry room in the building. Other things to note There are 2 other units available in this building, both on the ground floor. One has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (Championship #2), and the other is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit (Championship #1). For larger groups, you can rent all three to have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 12.
