This excludes service animals in which case you must notify a host, provide a certificate confirming that a pet is a service animal (must be sent through Airbnb system) and submit $50 per fee paid to Airbnb. Guest access Guests have an entire condo for their own use, this includes: -Full Kitchen, -Living Room with Dining Space -Fireplace for extra ambiance -Bedroom with a Large Closet -Private Bathroom (do not use Jets) -Private Deck with 2 Zero Gravity Reclining Chairs -Washer and Dryer inside their apartment. Guests receive the keys for the whole stay. (convenient lock-box check in so you can arrive any time after 4pm). Other things to note IMPORTANT: please respect our “No Pet” policy. This excludes service animals in which case you must notify a host, provide a certificate confirming that a pet is a service animal (must be sent through Airbnb system) and submit $50 per animal fee paid through Airbnb. We take pride in cleanliness of our place! Please use designated area for shoes and please do not walk into the loving floor area in shoes, especially heavy winter skiing boots to to event scratching the floor! Feel comfortable using any appliances for cooking and feel like at home. As you leave, please make sure to drop all trash in dumpster and put away all dishes. Please be mindful to properly clean the pots and pans so they are clean for other guests. Thank you and enjoy our immaculate space! To ensure safety of the condo owners, cleaning team and our guests during this challenging time we take extra steps to keep our condo super clean and disinfected. We also limit the amount of contact we have with items used by guests. We ask our guests to take care of their own garbage and dispose it outside of the condo property in the dumpster located at the end of the parking lot. Please note that the garbage can not be left inside, neither outside of the condo and $250 fine will be imposed for doing so. To keep our guests safe we invested in purchasing a Free Standing Air Filtering Unit with True HEPA Filters, UV-C Sanitizer & Negative Ions as well as a Diffuser for Disinfecting the Air (enjoy Eucalyptus Oil on us) Need any other suggestions?
