We would love to host you at our ground floor one bedroom apartment in Leslieville. Located on a charming neighbourhood street, this suite is a 1 min walk to Queen Street East streetcar and is surrounded by trendy restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and bars! This suite is bright, plant filled and spacious. There is a charming balcony for exclusive use by the Greenhouse guests. Linens, fresh towels & toiletries are all provided, as well as unlimited wifi use, Netflix, and kitchen essentials. The space Enter the front door just past a front garden. Walk up 5 steps and enter the first floor corridor. There is a shared front entrance and private access to the greenhouse suite through a locked front door on the ground floor. Through the front door is the bright front living room with large sectional and television. The bedroom has a queen size bed, exclusive outdoor seating in the front of the house, bathroom with shower tub and second step-in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and cooking essentials to make your favourite meals at home. The bathroom has a shower & tub, as well as your essential toiletries, towels and linens. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience The living room looks out onto a private front porch sitting area for exclusive use by greenhouse guests until 11pm. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Please note the following: Street parking is not guaranteed right out front. If you would like parking, please print a pass using the City of Toronto website. We kindly ask for quiet after 11PM for the comfort of all guests and neighbours. We kindly request no shoes in home unless required for safety or your comfort. The house is old so noise travels to tenants below. Check-in time is anytime after 4PM. Check out by 11AM. Self check-in with lockbox. If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, OR guests check out late, a $90 fee will apply.
