Campy, familiar & quirky this apartment will take you right back to your childhood or your first apartment back in the day when things were simple! Decorated by my Grandma, who now lives in the same house upstairs (due to a knee surgery she just had she has to recover on the first floor). The space Full kitchen with almost any cooking utility you could want. Fully handicapped accessible apartment with motorized stair-chair entrance if you need. Quaint nostalgic decor touches for a real feel experience you won’t forget. This apartment was decorated by my Grandma who had to relocate to an apartment upstairs after a knee surgery which has made her less mobile. She really likes teacups, Elvis, Coca Cola memorabilia, red, Norman Rockwell, angels, etc. It has a really authentic 1950s feel. The walls are also decorated with artwork and puzzles she has done though the years- really campy and charming with a lot of genuine positive love and energy in the space! Apartment is located on the lower level of the home. Guest access Access to laundry machine and deuterium upstairs. Backyard access in spring and summer. Other things to note This apartment is a quiet lower level apartment. It is completely private from the rest of the house for real rest and relaxation. there is a living room with a small TV and a comfy recliner and couch. It has a cheerful vibe and a cozy warm feeling. You can control your own heat and AC. DOGS AND PETS MUST BE PRE APPROVED BEFORE ARRIVAL SO PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE A PET YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING.
