She really likes teacups, Elvis, Coca Cola memorabilia, red, Norman Rockwell, angels, etc. It has a really authentic 1950s feel. The walls are also decorated with artwork and puzzles she has done though the years- really campy and charming with a lot of genuine positive love and energy in the space! Apartment is located on the lower level of the home. Access to laundry machine and deuterium upstairs. Backyard access in spring and summer. I live on the top level of this house. Your apartment is private with a door and it’s own kitchen, bathroom and living room but we share the front door into the house. If you need anything I am here. I also respect your privacy as well so I will be as available as you need me to be! Six miles from JFK International Airport. Close proximity to all major Western Long Island and Queens hubs. Located on the borderline of Long Island and Queens on the Long Island side. Walking distance to most buses, and $8 five minute Uber ride to the Long Island Railroad Station which goes straight into Midtown Manhattan’s Penn Station. The train ride into Manhattan is a quick 35 minutes and trains run all day and late into the night. Less than thirty minute drive to all the gorgeous local beaches like Long Beach Boardwalk, Jones and Lido Beaches, etc. A five minute Uber ride to the world famous Belmont Racetrack.
