Seneca Fun & Sun is a 3-level Custom Post&Beam Lake front property on the east side of Seneca Lake in the popular Finger Lakes area of NY State. This beautiful property offers many family centered lake activities such as shared water trampoline & hydrobike, canoeing. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from covered upper deck with plenty of seating for outside dining with grill. Short drive to Watkins Glen State Park, numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Jul-Aug- at least 4 night rentals only. Parking to accommodate 5 cars, paved road leading to property; home has town water. There is a firepit on the beach and firewood is sold at local gas station. Guests do NOT have access to two car garage, Jetski, or Catamaran. Lifevests are available but suggest you bring properly fitting child life vests. Water trampoline avail only July-Aug. Canoe and Waterbike also available. Local boat access ramp located at Smith Park which is also on Peach Orchard and less than 0.5 mile away. Boat Lift available for extra charge (up to 5000 lb). Whole house with the exception of Garage is available to guests. Owners live 35 minutes away in Ithaca, NY and are available for emergencies. Peach Orchard Point is a Family oriented lakefront community. Many of our neighbors live there year round. Watkins Glen State Park is a must stop for great hiking up through natural gorge and waterfalls. Watkins Glen International Race Track, numerous golf courses also offer fun options. Finger lakes wine trail offers numerous wineries, distilleries and breweries. Watkins Glen is 9 miles to the south by car and offers multiple shops, grocery store and Walmart Superstore. Waterloo outlets at north end of Seneca Lake and Delago Casino are 45 minutes away.
