Our Lakemore home is a comfortable ranch style home in a quiet residential area. The available area consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a 60"'x77" queen size mattress, another with a standard 52"x 71" double bed. Large full bath with shower/tub. Furnished living room with TV (w/Roku), opening to dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, etc. to serve meals for 4. Relax on the front porch swing or in the backyard. Front driveway parking. Free WIFI. Listed price includes cleaning fees. The space There is no central air but there are ceiling fans and a window air conditioner in the living room. This is a PET FREE RESIDENCE. Also NO smoking in the house or illegal drug use on the premises and NO EVENTS i.e. parties are permitted. Overnight visits are limited to only those registered and approved by AirBNB. This is a child/infant friendly home. Guest access The main floor of the house including the front and backyard and patio. The attic and basement and garage are NOT available. Other things to note We are implementing additional procedures to protect our guests as a result of COVID- 19. They are as follows: 1) A 72 hour booking buffer between stays 2) Implementation of cleaning guidelines based on recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We feel that since there is carpet in one room and some furniture which cannot be thoroughly disinfected due to the type of upholstery; it is safer for our guests to implement both procedures.
