Our Central location in Yankton is close to Memorial park and The Huether Family Aquatics Center with shopping and restaurants within a couple blocks. Guests are welcome to use the main level kitchen and refrigerator/freezer. There is a dedicated guest laundry on the upper level of our home. Our home has an oak staircase with no gate, so it is not kid friendly. *Please Note: We ‘DO NOT’ offer any discounted rates on our rooms so please don’t ask. Suite is located above the garage and has a queen bed. You will enter the house is through a common entry with the main level, and then there is one flight of stairs to get to the upper level. The room has a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. You have separate sinks but will share the shower/tub and toilet. **Reminder** Hosts live in the house so you will still have some 'shared space'. For your convenience, we have a keypad entry and will provide you with a secure guest access code. There is parking in front of the house but please do refrain from parking in the driveway unless there is inclement weather. We strive to be "guest friendly" We may not be home much, but when we are, we are happy to visit as much or as little as you prefer, respecting your privacy and also being more than willing to visit about the area and provide recommendations for activities and places to eat. We will sit and have a conversation with you or we will let you do your own thing Our home is directly across the street from Memorial Park where there is disc golf, sand volleyball courts, swimming pool and walking paths around and through the park. Uber Lyft Taxi *Note: We would appreciate it if you DO NOT wear shoes anywhere in the house. Please remove them at the door and put them in the closet or take them to your room. We do not allow drugs, smoking or vaping anywhere on our property. Please no food other than light snacks in the rooms. We do not have any pets of our own but we have granddogs that come to visit. Laundry facility is available on the upper level for your use but please abide by quiet time from 10pm-9am. Please only use what is marked for guest use. Please be respectful to other house guests and their property. If they are doing laundry, please do not try to help out by doing it for them. Please DO NOT do any of the laundry from your room. We will take care if that after you check out. First Aid kit is located in the laundry room cupboard.
