You'll have your own private entrance, though family does live in the upstairs unit, so outdoor areas are shared! Downstairs areas include everything you need for a comfy vacation including cooking and dining supplies, living room area with 65" smart TV, bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. Our Florida home is located in Porpoise Point, one of St Augustine's must charming beach communities nestled between the Atlantic Ocean, the St Augustine Inlet and the Intercoastal Waterway. You'll be just a 5-minute walk from multiple restaurants including a local favorite "Beaches Restaurant" and a new rooftop restaurant on top of the Hyatt. You are just a 5-minute walk to two beach access points. Vilano Beach has everything you need within walking distance. Beaches, restaurants, Publix, liquor stores, and nail salons are all less than a 10-minute walk away! Two beach cruiser bikes will also be available for your convenience. Getting to Downtown St Augustine will require a car, for a direct route you can drive yourself, or take an Uber/Lyft, both will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. For a little longer commute you can take the bus, which picks up at Publix and can drop off all around St Augustine.
