Welcome to this new, well maintained two story modern townhome! Located in Victor, ID, the heart of stunning Teton Valley. You can choose to relax and admire the mountain views or take advantage of nature and adventure, there are endless opportunities for fun and outdoor exploring. Centrally located between Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee ski resorts, just a short drive to both National Parks. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen with all new appliances or visit d'town restaurants or a brewery! The space The main living space features open concept living with a queen size pull out sofa with oversized pillows. It is open to the kitchen and dining area with a sliding door to the back patio where a BBQ gas grill is located. We have a large 54" smart TV for guests to enjoy, which includes Samsung Plus TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix and more. There is a small, floor reading nook...great for a child to tuck away in and just beyond there the half bath. The oversized kitchen island has three barstools...perfect for kids or adults alike, in addition there is a dining room table with three chairs and a bench for sitting. The fully equipped kitchen has most every item you would need to cook delicious meals on your vacation. Heading up the modern staircase you will find the guest room with a full size bed along with a pull out single trundle bed underneath. Additionally there is a XL single bed. This room can sleep 4! All three beds are memory foam and super comfortable to get great rest after a long day on the slopes or adventuring. This room has a smart TV mounted on the wall for your enjoyment and an oversized closet. Twelve foot ceilings and a huge window allow for natural light and mountain views. Down the hall is the master bedroom which has a relaxing and comfortable king size bed with a 4" memory foam topper and a large walk in closet with plenty of space. There is a queen size air mattress with a built in headboard located in the closet if needed . This room also has twelve foot ceilings and a large tall window allowing gorgeous views. A double vanity sink offers plenty of bathroom space. We offer a full size washer and dryer. The second upstairs bathroom is located at the end of hall and is very spacious as well. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo with a bath mat in the tub. Guest access This townhome has a new and easy "user friendly" keyless smart lock entry system!! A code will be issued and guest will enter the property with their specific code upon arrival. Upon leaving, they will enter a 1 before their code and exit the property to notify their departure. Other things to note ***No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.***
