Lake House w/ Luxury Accommodations

Our home is cool & comfortable, beautifully appointed Qn Bdrm (Bermuda at the moment). 1/2 & full bath shared. Includes cable, wifi. Located in Bayside Lakes. 30min from beach. 1hr from Orlando/Disney. Gated, 3300 sq ft, Lake, Tennis, Golf, 2 Pools, Gym, Shopping, Bus, etc. The space Upon arrival we will give you a key of the house, so you may go and come as needed. If you decide to come late and enjoy a night in the town, that's ok too, we just ask that you enter quietly when you return. We are a couple in our 40's . We are quite friendly people. We also respect your privacy and we understand when you just need to rest and be alone, so feel free to come and chat with us in the living room, or simply stay in your room and rest. If you have any requests beforehand, we'll be glad to try to make them possible, let us know. You will find clean towels, toiletries and local maps in your room. Cable and Wifi included. Mini-Refrigerator & Microwave can be placed in your room for convenience. We are happy to offer you coffee and snacks when we are around the house. You may use the kitchen as needed. The washer and dryer are available if you need to do some laundry. Supplies included. Let us know if you have any questions, about the area, great restaurants, shops, the beaches, etc. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guest has access to entire house, grill and bar located on back porch area. Access to pool area, gym, tennis and golfing. If staying a week or a month. Golf fee included for up to 2 people. During your stay We will interact with you as much or a little as you prefer. Feel free to ask any questions. Other things to note We have a Siberian Husky and a Boxador. Photos included. Both are trained by Off Leash and are also service dogs. Well behaved. Please note room can accommodate 3. The room has one queen bed, which sleeps 2. The room can also accommodate a cot bed for extra person in room.
