The Platte Camper - This 37ft 5th wheel camper is located on part of our 20 acres of woods. This RV has water, electricity, Heat/AC, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, toilet, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is locates down our rail about 300 ft from the main house and 100-200ft from other campers on the property. There is a shared outdoor hot tub that is available for use. We do have a fire pit just outside the camper. There is a nice trail through the woods. The space We live in a beautiful part of Michigan close to several hiking trails, rivers, lakes, and of course, the great beaches of Lake Michigan. Guest access There are several trails on our 420acres of woods. PETS ARE ALLOWED, BUT THERE IS A ADDITIONAL PET FEE. When you request a stay, it will give you a spot to list how many pets you will be bringing with you. Other things to note NOTE - The table turns into a small double bed or twin XL and the couch pulls out into a full size bed. There is also a full size air mattress and pump which is available for use. Also, keep in mind that this is a slightly older trailer in the woods. As much as we try to keep it clean, keep bugs out and sand off the floor, inevitably some sand and a bug or two will get in the trailer. The campers is a great space, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. The camper is great for the price. If you are looking for plush accommodations, please pay the $200-$300 a night or much more for a hotel room or house to rent.
