Cozy, large private basement room (queen bed, couch, tv) in quaint Sugarhouse. Shared big kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, and bathrooms, including large step in shower, and jacuzzi tub. Clean, comfortable, all amenities, close to freeways and public transportation, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, canyons. The space Cozy, large private basement room in charming Sugarhouse Bungalow. Basement space is like a studio apartment with bed, couch, tv, and closet. Best for people 6' and under. Shared space upstairs: bathrooms - 1 full bathroom with step-in shower and jacuzzi tub, and 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, and mudroom. Shared space downstairs: Laundry room. You can enter through front door or back door. I live in the home with my sweet black lab Harvey. I love my home and yard and love sharing it with others! I have lived in SLC for 17 years and can offer travel and site-seeing recommendations. Restaurants, bars, coffee, liquor store, freeways, public transportation, skiing nearby. Two walking blocks away is trax line and Bus stop to downtown is about 400 yards from my house. Freeway 3 minutes away. Guest access Front or back gate/back door entrance, basement, kitchen, washer/dryer, mudroom, bathrooms. During your stay As much or as little as guests want. Other things to note Hi! A couple additional things to consider as you book: the basement is best for a guest that is 5'11" or shorter, I have an adorable older black lab who loves people, I keep a clean and orderly house - you can keep your room how you'd like, but please clean up after yourself in the common areas. No sleepovers and please advise if you will have a visitor. House needs to be quiet 10pm - 630am. I have a great front porch and backyard which you are welcome to enjoy in the warm months.
