This spacious Victorian includes 10-foot ceilings, beautiful wood floors, a chef’s kitchen, claw foot tub, multiple sitting rooms, and stylish, cozy furniture. 2 mi. from both Randolph College and the University of Lynchburg. Less than 5 mi. to Liberty University. 2 mi. to each local hospital. The space Three bedrooms (upstairs), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, parlor, dining room, office space in the third bedroom complete with a convertible sitting/standing desk and large monitor, front and back porches, and a front and back yard. The living room has a couch suitable for sleeping: extra bedding is provided in the closet of the first upstairs bedroom. Ample linens and towels are bleached between uses for freshness. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Laundry and detergent is available to guests free of charge, but we ask that you limit your use of these washer and dryer to one load per stay (first floor across from the dining room). First aid kit in drawers left of fridge. Fire extinguisher in lower cabinet immediately left of fridge. There is a portable wheelchair ramp on the right side of the porch for accessing the bottom floor. Please keep in mind that all bedrooms are on the second floor and thus not wheelchair accessible. Note that there is a spare bedroom that remains locked and unoccupied during your stay. You and your party will be the only occupants of the house. The basement will also remain locked and unoccupied. (The host will occasionally need to grab tools from the basement, but this should not influence your stay at all, as there is a separate entrance.) Other things to note NOTE: if booking for Liberty University Graduation, there is a three night minimum, which must include all of the nights of May 13, 14, and 15 for 2026. Check-in instructions and house details will be sent on the morning of your arrival. Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. There is a $300 fee for smoking or vaping inside. Please use one of the porches for any smoking or vaping and ensure that smoke does not blow inside. Thank you!
