This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and all the NorthShore activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park where there is a dog park and playground and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk. The house has refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below I wanted this house to feel comfortable, clean and like home. It has a large living room and kitchen to spend time in. If you are having friends and family over while staying here, there will be plenty of space to visit and socialize. There is an outside seating area in the back yard that is private and a great place to drink your coffee in the mornings. The house backs up to wooded land that is home to many birds, deer, owl and other wildlife. You will have access to the whole upstairs of the home. There is an unfinished basement underneath that is accessible as requested for the washer/dryer. We live just up the street and are available as much or as little as you would like. We would love to meet you, but always respect your privacy. Our neighborhood is full of friendly people, bungalows, dog-lovers, large yards and a great park. White Oak Park has a dog park, playground, picnic areas and a walking trail. There is also a connector to Stringers Ridge a half a block from the house. Stringers ridge is a 92 acre park full of hiking and biking trails. The neighborhood is close to highway 27, which connects to downtown Chattanooga, Hixson, Falling Water, Soddy Daisy and the lake. Our neighborhood is close to Baylor School and sits close to the base of Signal Mountain. The house is pet friendly in most cases, with certain criteria met, but prior approval is required. There is an additional $60 fee per stay for pets.
