We offer a completely remodeled home with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, A/C throughout, SHARC passes, hot tub, bicycles, and an EV charger port. Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book. Wonderful home with lots of modern European charm. Our home has an open floor plan on the first level which allows for relaxing and comfortable interaction from living room to kitchen to deck and hot tub. Stay cozy in the winter with a wood-burning fireplace and cool in the summer with A/C throughout (heat pumps with A/C in bedrooms). Our home accommodates 8 people but is not suitable for more than four adults. We provide amenities for infants/toddlers (high chair, pack-n-play, Burley trailer) but please note that we do not provide a gate for the stairs or outlet covers. The three bedrooms are upstairs (all with custom blackout shades) and share a full bath with a walk-in shower, heated floor and towel rack. All of the mattresses are new and the King and Queen beds have adjustable frames. The second full bath is downstairs off the entry. Our new bonus room over the detached garage, hot tub, deck, beautiful green-space, ping pong and foosball table, comforters, fuzzy robes and A/C make this a wonderful home for your Sunriver vacation. Eight SHARC passes are also provided which allow guests unlimited access to Sunriver aquatic center, tennis and pickle ball courts and the marina. General access to the house and garage is via a keyless entry. I will be available by phone and email throughout your entire stay. I will also provide lots of materials about local attractions and suggestions for fun ways to spend your time in the beautiful high desert of Central Oregon. I have lived in Oregon my entire life so can also help with planning other great spots to visit. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Circle One and is close to the walking/bike path that leads to the Lodge, Village Mall and river. Five minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking will get you to the heart of Sunriver activities. Sunriver does not have any public transportation but parking is plentiful. I have many bikes for my guests to enjoy and walking/biking anywhere in Sunriver is easy and fun. We are ideally located in south Sunriver 1/2 mile from the Lodge, Village, river, SHARC and business park. A cleaning fee is added to the total stay so all you have to do on your way out is follow a few quick closing instructions and lock the door.
