The main level has the kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a patio door giving access to a 12'x16' patio fully furnished during the warmer months. Downstairs, a large laundry room combined with a washroom (shower, toilet and sink). In the basement, there is an extra Queen size bed, a sofa bed, table and chairs as well as a high efficiency wood stove. A recent heat pump is used to cool the house in the Summer and keep it warm in the Winter. Baseboard heater are found in every room with individual heat control.
