You will feel right at home in this private and comfortable upper floor of our home located close to ski resorts and 20 minutes to SLC! Near to mountains, parks, restaurants, grocery & liquor stores. Easy access to I-15, I-215 and I-80. Centrally located for both the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons ski park-and-ride. Enter through the home to your private 1500 sf space. Spacious family room with kitchenette/bar, desk, one large bedroom with two queen beds, and large bathroom, and closet area The space The entire 1500 square foot upper floor of the home is yours to enjoy. It has a living area with recliner couch & love seat, a gas fireplace, kitchenette/bar, eating table, desk, cable TV (with HBO). Kitchenette includes small refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster (it does not include a stove/oven, but has plenty of other appliances for cooking). The main area has a sofa bed. The bedroom has two queen beds and a great selection of DVDs (I used to own a video store in the "olden" days!). The bathroom has a changing area with lots of dressers, very large closet and the full bathroom includes a 2-person soaker tub and separate shower. Parking is off-street and the home is well-lit. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. Guest access Entrance is through the front door of the home. Guests have their own private code to enter the main home and the stairs are immediately in the front foyer to your own private living space. Come and go as you please! Other things to note We have a small cat that lives on the property.
