The space This guest house has an open concept kitchen/living room area with windows all around to enjoy ocean view of Olympic Mountains, sea life and wildlife right out the back of the house. Relax with a beverage and curl up with the fireplace, or outside as you breathe in the fresh air and listen to the calming ocean waves on the patio, or by the ocean front logs. Enjoy direct access to the ocean, in-floor heating, indoor fire place, high end kitchen - very well stocked, wifi, and gas bbq. Each room has private patio door access and a TV. The garage and travel trailer are only for owner's private use (house stock/supplies, maintenance tools/equipment, storage and personal activity items). Note: House being built on separate, adjoining lot beside the Airbnb rental; Sept 27/25 intermittently onwards until completion. Foundation is done. Guest access The last bus stop, closest to the house, is at the Prestige Hotel; a 4 minute drive before the house. There are cabs available and bikes to rent. House has large driveway for parking. Other things to note The house is on a shared, private 1.8 acre lot. Freedom To Fly guest house is located beside a lot under development for a house ( which does not impair ocean front view of the rental house), and a part-time occupied travel trailer at top of hill by gate.
