Reo Town River House

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there. The space I have been a Airbnb host for several years. It has been a pleasure for me being a Host. I will accept pets. I love animals. I have a little dog and cat. I live next door, so you cant have pets they dont get along with other animals. Or try to eat my little dog or cat..lol I take pride in my house. I do everything I can to make your stay enjoyable. This house is over 100 years old. I have done my best to keep it original..but in good working order with proper upgrades. Update note - on 4-7-2021 I just installed a new 50 gallon water heater, brand new high efficiency furnace with a hepa 13 grade air filter, this is hospital grade. The furnace fan always runs at 10% or more. This will help keep the air clean. I also added central air. Guest access I would prefer if the attic was not accessed, the stairs are very steep. Other things to note I live right next door so its not difficult for me to make sure everything is as safe for my guest to my best ability. Im available for any questions feel free to ask. I welcome all to my house. If your a good person, thats all that matters to me. If you smoke cigarettes or marijuana, I dont mind, just not in the house. Its legal in Michigan. No big parties or nonsense. Just be nice please. Note- This house is on the river. We have all kinds of animal life around here. Spiders, ants when it rains hard. Bats sometimes. Raccoons, Possum, pretty much everything... I keep a clean home, but when the river changes, heavy rain..etc.. you may deal with wildlife.. I JUST FEEL OBLIGATED AS THE BEST HOST I CAN BE TO STATE THIS. YOU PROBABLY WONT HAVE ANY OF THESE, BUT COULD.
