Bright, Beautiful, & Tranquil Riverside Haven

This light-filled house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Riverside and is central for visiting many Southern California attractions at an affordable price. The home has three bedrooms with 4 beds, and freshly decorated communal rooms with high ceilings and large windows including a large dining room, living room with games, breakfast nook, and a TV room. The large backyard offers beautiful sunsets in a setting surrounded by fruit trees, agave plants, and palm trees. The space This has been our family home for years and we want it to feel like your home away from home. This home is the perfect getaway whether with family, a loved one, or work purposes away from the hustle and bustle. We want to emphasize that we do not allow or are equipped to host events or parties at the moment. Kitchen: Fully stocked for cooking, baking, preparing, and enjoying meals. Plenty of pantry space, coffee maker & coffee, blender, air fryer, pots and pans, and spacious fridge. We also try to keep the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, salt and a variety of spices to aid your cooking :) Check out what we have on deck. Enjoy a meal in one of the two dining areas or the beautiful backyard patio while the sun sets. Master bedroom: The room offers you a very comfortable King bed, plenty of natural light, two closets, private bathroom, and a large sliding door leading to our backyard. Backyard: The large open backyard offers a peaceful space perfect for morning coffee, an evening meal watching the sunset, and enough room to start your day with yoga and meditation using our provided yoga mats located in our breakfast nook. If you use our yoga mats, we kindly ask that you clean them with the wipes in the basket and roll them back up like you found them. We welcome you to enjoy fruit from our fruit trees if we have some but leave some for future guests. We currently have some guavas by the big agave. Common spaces and living room areas with high ceilings feel very spacious, offer a lot of a natural light and are excellent for family gatherings or zoom meetings. We have several games available in our large chest located in the larger living space. The home prioritizes giving you all the things you might need for the type of weekend or extended stay you want to create while also staying minimalist enough to feel like a source of peace and getaway. We have an easy to use smart TV for all your viewing pleasures including Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube. Internet info available upon booking. Guest access You have the whole house to yourself but we do use our garage for some storage. We provide access to the garage for the washer and dryer. Please let us know if you would like to use it and we will send you an entry code for the garage. Parking: there is plenty of parking on the driveway and the street. If you'd like to request early check in or late checkout, please let us know and we can see what we can accommodate. We also want to reiterate that we are not allowing parties at this time. If you would like to have any small gatherings, please mention the total expected guests for our consideration in your request so we are fully aware, prepared, and can provide notice to neighbors if necessary. We reserve the right to stop by the house if we receive complaints or house rules are not followed. Other things to note We will follow up with additional check in details after booking :) We may be able to accommodate earlier check-in or a later checkout depending on availability.
