Swan Cottage with Expansive Hudson River Views

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops. The space This sweet cottage is set off the road with sweeping views of the Hudson River. The house is located behind a stately 1870 Italianate home (we live here, but we keep out of your way). Swan Cottage offers privacy and quiet, with it's own dedicated side and back yard. It is in close proximity to shops, restaurants and nature. 1 mile from the Kingston Rondout Waterfront, with lots to do and see, and 3 miles from Uptown Kingston, with great galleries, shops and restaurants ( I own Boitson's Restaurant). Close to Rhinebeck, Woodstock, Tivoli, Poughkeepsie, New Paltz and all that the Hudson Valley offers. Guest access The entire cottage is set up for you and your party. There are two porches, a side yard with chaises, an outdoor lounge area with firewood and a Solo Bonfire stove, and a private back yard area. There is parking for 2- 3 cars in the driveway.
