This older home does have smaller bedrooms and kitchen, the living space is quite spacious, each room has a TV, a private patio off the bonus room which gets morning sun. There maybe traffic noise as the location of our home is in the downtown commercial corridor. We're located close to the Seward House museum and the YMCA. Perfect for relaxing after enjoying the local museums, live entertainment, and micro-brew scene, appliances make cooking convenient. Outdoor covered patio to catch the air and cozy seating with patio warmer and fire pit for use (patio shared space) This is a 1st floor apartment, if you park in the back parking area, there is a set of exterior steps (see photos) that lead to the main entrance and a few more steps leading from the landing area to the entrance. Traveling with uhaul or trailer no problem as lot of space for both type vehicles.
