Cozy home in historic Cambria City, Johnstown

Second floor bedroom with attached private bathroom located in a stately Victorian home in a National Register district. Due to COVID only one room in the house will be occupied at a time, giving guests both space and safety. First floor features full kitchen and laundry, and a local nonprofit’s offices. Off street parking and separate entrance for guests. Great location with Heritage Discovery Center, B&L Wine Cellars, Our Son’s restaurant and Sheetz convenience store all within an easy walk. The space Second floor is entirely reserved for guest usage. The first floor serves as the office and meeting space for our nonprofit and shares the kitchen, laundry area and back entrance with guests. Also located on the second floor, there is a large parlor/sitting room available to guests. On request, a second bed can be added to this room for a $15 a night fee. A separate bathroom will also be available if the extra bed is requested. Guest access Guests will have access to the house 24/7. The guest door is located in the rear of the house off of Brallier Ave. During your stay Guests will be met at the house and given a brief tour. If social distancing is a concern, we are more that happy to make special arrangements on request.
