My spacious recently renovated home is situated on top of a hill with great views of east Austin from the upper and lower deck. There's also an Airstream trailer that can be utilized as the 5th bedroom with a deck and hot tub/stock tank pool. The place is close to plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants including the famous Franklins BBQ. My place is good for SXSW groups, business travelers, families and big groups. The space 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is an Airstream trailer with a desk space, 3 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, office and kitchen. Guest access Access to the entire house. Other things to note This is my family home so there are personal belongings in each room.
