Relax in our home's newly remodeled in-law suite with a private entrance, just 20 minutes south of Taylor University and 10 minutes from Ball State. We are just a couple of miles from shopping, dining, and other amenities, while being in a secluded, peaceful, wooded setting. Looking out the picture window or sitting on the deck, you will likely see our horses grazing. The space All of our doorways are 32" or wider, and we have a ramp available to access the first floor guest suite, as shown in the photos. We attempt to be as accessible as possible, so please let us know if you need any special accommodations. High-speed wifi is provided during your stay. The kitchen space has a sink, microwave and refrigerator for use. **There is no available range, oven or dishwasher**. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, and pets are also not permitted. Other things to note Please note the maximum capacity of one person (who must be 21 years of age or older) to maintain the nature of this quiet retreat. The exterior of the property may be monitored and/or recorded with video and/or audio surveillance.
