AC - Majestic Sequim Vacation Home near Sequim Bay

Immaculate lindal-inspired custom cedar home in park-like 1.53 acre setting with a peekaboo water view of Sequim Bay. Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is situated right next to Sequim Bay State Park and it is as private as they come. The home has an open floor plan. Other features include large deck , wood fire pit in front of the house, pool table, charcoal BBQ grill & more. 5 min drive to downtown Sequim and close to National Park entrance. The space There are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house. Stairs inside the house lead to an upstairs loft style bedroom. Beds in all three bedrooms are king sized with comfortable mattresses and linens. There are two queen sized air mattress with extra linens available for guests to place in two of the spacious bedrooms. One of the bedroom downstairs is not completely private but has swinging doors that close. The other downstairs bedroom has a door but the upstairs bedroom , which is the master bedroom, is a loft bedroom and has no door. Please plan accordingly for privacy. There is a spa tub in the master bathroom with a separate shower. The fireplace inside the house is for decorative purposes only. Comes with a full oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and full size washer and dryer. The home is right on the edge of Sequim State Park that forms the backyard for the home. There is only one internet provider in the area of the AirBnB and they do not provide streaming capabilities. The WiFi thus cannot be used for streaming videos or any other activities that need high bandwidth. There is cable television (TV) provided with the two TVs . One TV is in the living room and the other TV is in the loft master bedroom. We have a pool table in the living room. There is also a chess and checkers table in the living room. There is a wood burning fire pit great for making bonfires in the yard with a benches next to it, you would need to provide your own wood, but it's a great space for congregating, making s'mores and enjoying the outdoors. We have also added a large Weber charcoal grill on the back patio for barbecues. We have utensils such as a flipper and tongs, but charcoal, and other supplies are not provided. Guest access Guests can access the whole home, yard and patios. Occasionally the owner may be on the property or staying in the apartment over the garage (which is a completely separate, unattached dwelling) when repairs or maintenance are necessary. He will not need to enter the home and your stay will still be completely private. We try to let every guest know in advance. Thanks for understanding.
