This multi-level home offers the perfect balance of privacy and direct water access, making it the ultimate home base for your Norris Lake adventure. The space Step into this spacious, multi-level lakefront home, perfect for your Norris Lake adventure. The main level features an open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, massive windows with spectacular lake views, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has everything your group needs, including standard appliances and a coffee maker. Downstairs, a second family room offers a large sectional sofa, another Smart TV, and a DVD player for movie nights. Sleeping Arrangements (5 Bedrooms / Sleeps 16): • Top Level (Loft Master): Queen Bed with an ensuite bath and a private balcony overlooking the living area and lake. • Lower Level 2 (Bedroom 2): King Bed plus a Full-over-Full Bunk Bed with deck access. • Lower Level 2 (Bedroom 3): King Bed plus a Full-over-Full Bunk Bed with deck access. • Lower Level 3 (Bedroom 4): King Bed with deck access. • Lower Level 3 (Bedroom 5): King Bed with deck access. Guest Access Guests will have private access to the entire home and its exclusive amenities. Your private outdoor oasis includes: • A paved walkway leading directly from the house to the water. • A private dock with an uncovered boat slip and a swimming platform. • A rustic stone fire pit for evening gatherings. • Large decks overlooking the quiet cove, complete with a gas grill for barbecues. As a guest, you also have access to the amenities within the vibrant Deerfield Resort, including a community pool, playground, and various sports courts. Interaction With Guests Our professional management team is available to assist you throughout your stay. Check-in is handled at our local rental office. We respect your privacy but are just a phone call away should you need anything during your visit. Other Details to Note • Check-In: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM at our rental office, located at 1233 Deerfield Way, LaFollette, TN 37766. A valid ID and credit card are required for verification. If you anticipate arriving after office hours, please contact us to arrange our late arrival procedure. • What We Provide: Your rental includes all bed linens, kitchen towels, and an in-home washer/dryer. We also provide a starter kit containing 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, trash can liners, and a sample of liquid dish soap. • What You Should Bring: Bath and beach towels are NOT provided, so please be sure to pack these for your group. You should also bring firewood for the outdoor fire pit and any additional supplies you may need, such as dishwasher pods. Guest access Valid License or ID is required at check in for verification, as well as a credit card. STRICT POLICY: No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies and to keep everyone safe. If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows: - 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property) - 89-60 day prior to check in day: half refund back - 59 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited - No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
